Horror is not a genre Vishal Bhardwaj is exploring for the first time. He gave us the lovely childrens’ horror film “Makdee” few years back. This time however he only produces this one rather than directing it too. From the two trailers released till now, it is clear that this one is damn scary. Let us see what kind of music this movie offers – after all, it is again the magical Vishal – Gulzar duo at work. And we even have Suresh Wadkar this time. “YAARAM” belongs to those beautiful romantic tracks Vishal Bhardwaj composes. With Sunidhi Chauhan at her melodious best and a soulful rendition by Clinton Cerejo, this one has a superb tune backed by some excellent arrangements. The real star of the song is the lyrics. Now the lyrics are definitely oscar material. Infact few people might love the use of such words which we use in daily life, while few might cringe at the lyrics. Raaz 3 is an important film for the Bhatt camp. Firstly it marks the reunion of vikram bhatt and the bhatt clang. Vikram who had fallen apart,had started his own production banner devoting himself totally to giving horror films- the brilliant 1920, and then Shaapit and haunted 3D. Secondly, the previous 2 raaz films have been successful. Yes,i personally loved even the second part.it had some great performances (that excludes adhyayan suman), good story and good music. Expectations are humungous as the team of emraan-pritam-bhatt returns. In fact it is the team of emraan pritam and kunal deshmukh, whose previous both films- Jannat and Tum Mile have had brilliant music, me being a big fan of the latter. TU HI MERA sees pritam rope in shafqat amanat ali. Right from the initial guitar strings,you can experience the bhatt-ness. Pritam's tune is somewhere similar to his previous tracks,although i cant figure out which ones. Maybe pee loon. Thankfully,he doesn't keep the beats similar to pee loon,instead increases the tempo. That works! Great singing,as usual. This one is already making its way to the top of the charts. TERA DEEDAR HUA- i just cant get enough of this man. He is already having a fantastic year, with chaahat (blood money) being a really well sung song.
