Raj and DK are back again with their 4 th venture. After the success of “Go Goa Gone”, they team up once again with Saif Ali Khan and Illuminati films. Sachin Jigar have had a phenomenal record with the director duo. Saibo was their career – turning song, and then with “Go goa Gone”, they created one of the wackiest and craziest soundtracks ever! So naturally, expectations are sky high with the soundtrack of “Happy Ending”. The promos suggest this to be a fun film. And with Saif and Govinda, it is quite obvious. “MILEYA MILEYA” is a breezy and lovely track. With some beautiful arrangements, the song entices us right from the beginning. With a catchy beat and claps, Priya Andrews starts the song. She is soon joined by (Surprise surprise!) Rekha Bhardwaj in a never-heard-before avatar. Special 26 is indeed a special movie for many reasons – firstly it marks the second film of director Neeraj Pandey who gave us the impeccable “A Wednesday”. Secondly after a long LOOOONG time we will see Akshay Kumar in a lead role which is different from the stupid characters he has played in his last few movies. (Well except OMG where he wasn’t in the lead.) With a superb ensemble of actors like Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpai and Jimmy Sheirgill, one still has doubts as to what the film’s soundtrack would offer. Even “A Wednesday” had not a single song (It didn’t need one) except a promo video song which very few people would have heard. With M.M Kreem as the music director, one is definitely curious as to what is in store for us. “TUJH SANG LAGEE” starts off with M.M Kreem’s melodious voice. Anurag basu’s films have always been associated with good music, be it with the balaji telefilms (Kucch toh hai), or the Bhatts (murder, tumsa nahin dekha, gangster, saaya) or the roshans (Kites) or with UTV (Life in a metro).
